We cannot say enough good things about Above the Code! From the remarkable person who manages their main communication line (you are awesome!) to their knowledgeable electricians, weve been super pleased with their service. Theyve installed a ceiling fan and two overhead lights for us. They also set up a transformer and wiring so we could add a wired doorbell to our front door. And they installed the doorbell!

They never made us feel less than for needing to ask basic questions, AND, even after we asked basic questions, they didnt try to up charge us or scare us into doing more work. In fact, they told us we could wait on one project if we wanted to. A+ service. I wish more places were like this.

How do say awesome! This family and this company were absolutely wonderful. The day before Thanksgiving and all my outlets in kitchen went out. We changed plugs. GFI's everything we could think of I called and help arrived 15 minutes later. What a joy to have someone honest and dependable to deal with. The problem was isolated and fixed. I can't say enough great things about Above the Code Electrical. From the person who answered the phone to the gentlemen who made the repairs. They were wonderful. Prices are very fair and competitive. I had an electrical fire and they came out same day on the weekend (within an hour) to make sure there wasn't damage to the surrounding wires and reassured me that it was safe. They returned first thing Monday morning and made the necessary repairs to the damaged line. I will not use anyone else. They are truly great!

We contacted ATC for help assessing our company warehouse space. They were astoundingly helpful and generous with their time, and taught us about the process of obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy. They provided a very reasonable quote and even broke it down to each individual task so we could decide how to move forward. Susan, who typically answers the phone, was also one of the sweetest funniest people youll ever talk to!

These guys were great. They diagnosed and fixed our non-functioning outlets within an hour, and quickly helped us with a separate issue as well. I also appreciated they they took the time to explain what the problem was and how they fixed it.

From the person answering the phone and calling to say they are on their way to the electrician and apprentice doing the job, it was a pleasure to work with them. Will call them first for all electrical work from now on!

Outstanding work! Weve used Above the Code Electrical three times now, and have never been let down once!

The last project included adding a outside hookup and line that attaches to our portable Generac generator outside to our breaker box inside, also replacing most of our old and dangerous inside electrical outlets, and checking and repairing a couple of fan switches. They also placed a surge protector into the breaker box for lightning strikes.

They were on time, polite, did great work, and if electrical work is needed again- well be giving Above the Code Electrical for sure!

We needed this fixed pretty quickly due to my wife working from home, and I build paranormal equipment and had projects to complete on my side of the office. Since moving into our house in 2016 we had issues with our pool. After upgrading the sand filter and replacing the pool pump (which promptly began overheating) we called Above the Code Electrical to determine if there were electrical issues. From start to finish their team was courteous and professional. They identified the issues and made the changes necessary to get things running again. And the pool system has been great ever since. Working with them was such a good experience. I definitely recommend them and will be reaching out to them again for future projects involving electrical work.

John is a top guy , extremely professional and when he does a job with his name on it, you know the job is perfect, put several light fans, recessed lighting, bathroom lights and sockets thru-out the house, gotta say perfect job, attention to detail , he found a few things not quite right, and had to fix them. I had to make an emergency call because my main breaker in my panel tripped. We tried to flip it back on and it arced and tripped. John came out to my house after hours and was able to get it fixed temporarily for the night. He returned the next morning with all the materials needed and had our panel replaced within a few hours. He was extremely professional and truly lived up to the “Our family keeping your family safe” motto! I will be sure to tell everyone I know about this fantastic company! Keep up the great work!!

I called Above the Code Electrical after hours, to my surprise John answered; not annoyed very professional and polite and listened to my concerns. I was amazed. I was very thankful he listened and gave me feedback on what the issues could possibly be. In addition, put me on the schedule for the next day. John has excellent customer service skills and was on time. I hit the jackpot. I have warranty with First America Home Warranty which they denied the claim. So this is why i hired my own contractor (John) for a second opinion.

I probably will be paying for this job out of pocket to be fixed, because they do not seem to have anyone that can diagnose and fix my problem. I am writing this review to thank John.
